    Fiction/Gallery section questions

If and when HpotD perminantly switches to this board format and abandons the current one, what would become of the Fiction and Gallery sections? Would they remain under the current format, or would they be updated to fit this format?

Stupid question, I know. It was just something on my mind. Thanks.

The would remain where they are. Infact there are currently links from this forum to them. (Have a look on the index.)

HOWEVER, they would keep their own registration system (as currently).

Although in someways this is a shame, in other ways it makes sense. Almost 99% of people who currently register on the other forum, ONLY register for the Fiction/Gallery. So it's almost a logical break.

It's also possible one or two forums could remain open on the old forum system. eg: General Discussion (Classic)
Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. Sounds pretty good. I'd create a shorter list of postless users at this place too.

It'd be awesome to keep the classic GD going. It's the most active forum over at the old boards. Alot of people prefer it too.

    Thanks for answering my question.
