Did anybody happen to get Bioshock yet?

Aparently a few Toys R Us stores put them out early, but a few hours later they were pulled from the shelves. Can you say OOPSIE Toys R Us? I hope they get sued over breaking street date, but then again it's an awesome screw up for those lucky enough to have the game a week early.

The same thing happened with Guitar Hero II for the 360 when it came out. I believe it was Target that had put them out early, but of course by the time I heard of this I reserved one online then when I was about to go pick it up from the store they told me I'd have to wait until the actual release date.

I got lucky with Guitar Hero II a few months back, and got it a week early at Circuit City. I was close with BioShock at Toys R Us, but the 2 guys in front of me grabbed the last 2 copies. I'll get the LE on Tuesday, but the regular edition would have sufficed.
