Quoting members in a post

It seems to me that whenever anyone except me uses quotes in a post it says something like "Originally quoted by WHOEVER" but when I cut and paste a quote, it just says "Quote" why is that?

Correct usage of the quote tag. [QUOTE]Boo![/QUOTE] makes Boo! and [QUOTE=Andy]Boo![/QUOTE] makes Boo! for more infor on all BB codes you can use see here

When I quoted you here, the code reads "QUOTE=Philly_SWAT" ... if you add the "=" and the person's name it'll read as above. Is that what you're asking?
