out of curiousity was the site offline yesterday around say 1600-1700 est?

i kept getting "the server is taking to long to respond" errors from firefox.

It went down at about 9:50pm GMT for a while yes!

ok i wasn't sure if it was the site of if my ISP was taking a dump. with the flooding out here it could have been either or.
