So ive got 6 weeks, 2 and a half months, to create a website for my course and one idea keeps doing the rounds in my head.

I can use basic html , including seperating the page into boxes and tables ect. could i feasibly make the boxes invisible and add a self drawn background image to give the look of a complex design?
i think that would work but what about when people alter the dimensions of the page?

Set your width and height parameters as percentages rather than set numbers, that way your design will automatically adjust itself to the viewers browser.
