Tensions were high during the period of Shannon’s kidnap. In a bizarre incident, a 43-year-old man who lives near Shannon’s family was said to have been abducted, then crucified by being nailed to two pieces of wood and then nailed to a tree.

Although police have ruled out any connection with the Shannon case, detectives fear such cases betray an undercurrent of violence that could be further disturbed if more unsettling developments emerge in the inquiry.

If it turns out to be a stunt, I wouldn't be shocked:

1) Massive media attention on the Madelaine disappearance, including the vast amounts of money going into that fund set up for her.
2) Girl goes missing for almost a month, isn't harmed or touched and found alive - one of the very rare times that ever happens.
3) Step-father arrested and charged to do with kiddy porn.
4) Now this stuff about it being a stunt.

And SEVEN kids by FIVE different fathers - for crying out loud, keep your f*cking pants on! :eek:

If it all turns out sour and some scheme, the family will be completely ripped up, they'll all have to flee from that area (especially if it's the sort of place where somebody might have been crucified! :eek:!!!:eek:) and all for what? To make some cash by having one of your seven kids kidnapped for a month.

That's just utterly f*cked up if that ends up being the case, in which case it just goes to show they're gigantic idiots too. In this day and age, you can't fool the media.

I guess we'll see what happens then eh...but if that's all true...geez. :eek:

We'd like to have more kids... The cost implications are the main reason we do not. As such we ensure another child does not enter this world by our bedtime antics... Isn't difficult...

What goes through these people minds who can managed to pop out 7 kids by 5 different men? It's a mess! And the scary thing is they are out-breeding us...

This sort of excessive breeding will come to a head, I wouldn't be surprised if there will eventually be some kind of cap, no more than 2 kids per couple or something - which is freaking plenty - if you want more, you'd have to adopt.

As for this whole Shannon thing ... shady stuff. Just like the whole Madelaine thing, which is all a bit "some puertorican guy". :shifty:
