That guy's a nutter, it's not magic that's for sure - magic is just a trick, an illusion - what he's doing is apparently completely real and all about pushing the limits of his body as he says ... twaaah ... :p

With a little discipline you will find you have tremendous power over your aunotomic nervous system.If you practiced slowing your breathing and heartbeat in a few weeks you could easily stay under water for 3 to 5 minutes,many world class free divers average 14 to 17 minutes and thats with the exertion of swiming.
