hehe, I've had mine pre-ordered for a few weeks now.

I was gonna get the Region 1 until I saw the extras list for Region 2 was far longer and included all the stuff on the R1 - I certainly hope they confirm the 90 minute making of, hurry up with that info already whoever's in charge of it! :p

Ditto! :)

I went with Play.com, due to the free postage (being the tightwad, skinflint mofo that I am). :D

Has this got more than the standard R2 version?

There's a 1-disc R2 as well as a 2-disc R2.

I've got the latter pre-ordered. It's got a shedload of extras, more than the R1 does.

I've still only seen the 90 minute documentary listed with "(tbc)" afterwards, but surely they'll include that on the second disc, it'd be lame not to.

The 2-disc R2 also comes in a steel book, or a limited amount do anyway.

So there's loads more for just £3?

Comparing the 1 disc and 2 disc R2 versions - aye, loads more.

Comparing the R1 release (only a 1 disc) and the R2 2-disc - again, loads more.

That looks sweet, but I'm afraid I don't even know what's going to be served up in the way of Diary products in the U.S. You guys definitely got my mouth watering, though.

And, to top it all off, I just saw my first add for the DVD distribution in the US on tv, which is set for Tuesday :D

I was checking out the site. Yall's Day remake cover sucks more than ours. At least we have a somewhat cool looking zombie vomiting. And it is one of those shifting covers. :p

According to DVDCompare it has English subtitles for the Hard of Hearing.

If you want Spanish and English subtitles, you'll have to get the R1.

However, the R2 2-disc is superior for the wealth of extra features. A rare thing indeed for the R2 disc to be better than the R1 disc.

I don't go crazy for packaging. It's still the same movie.

Now if you could get a Diary box that came with Dawn inside instead, THAT would be your ideal set.:p
