Davros never died in the end of "Rememberance of the Daleks". he managed to get away in an escape pod. my bet is that he was drifting by in space when Daleks found him and they brought him into the void. He managed to ride out the Time War and now he is back with his lot....

But i know that he has something to do with the Shadow Proclamation....

Notice in both starter episodes of season 4, the aliens have lost planets to someone and we never find out who, someone on another forum guessed the same happened to the Sontarrans in the recent two parter, heck the Sontarrans tactics were very Dalek like.

i have no idea who or what the hell "davros" is, but yes, capn, the first thing that came to mind when i saw that pic was the old dude from Texa....too long to type it all.
