I could live with $1 per GB assuming that the monthly allowance was reasonable, perhaps 20GB.

Well I am not sure about homebased service, I know their wireless web for cell phones is 5gb, and comcast cable is 15gb, but when I am shelling out $60 a month for INternet I should get 60gb worth of Transfer per month anyway. However, with file sizes getting bigger and download movies and streaming media becoming the norm, even 60gb is too light.
Did you know that the USA actually has one of the slowest internet services in the world. Being beat in slowness by Austrailia. In Europe they get speeds of 100gbs for their broadband internet.

What? Comcast limits you to 15Gb a month? Are you sure this is accurate?
