doesn't look like a particularly reliable website for firsts news wise. and given the sheer amount of games theyve done for ninendo over sony and Microsoft there aint a cat in hells chance, much as id love another panzer dragoon, theyve got too good a thing going on with nintendo right now.

SEGA lost their magic touch years ago. The last Sonic game was an abomination.

These rumors have taken another form, first it was Nintendo, then Capcom and now Sega. All because they bought a PR booster called Rare.

And don't forget the game about the Japanese boy with the plaster on his cheek. :D

SEGA definitely need a kick up the ass, they recently lost $250 million dollars and had to lay off 400 employees (read here (http://www.seganerds.com/2008/02/08/sega-sammy-loose-money-sega-lays-people-off/)). It's a sad state of affairs for the company to be in considering they were one of the leading games companies out there.

Okay, they've had some success with Nintendo but even Mario And Sonic At The Olympic Games fails to compare with anything that was on the Dreamcast.

<cough> Shenmue <cough> Crazy Taxi <cough> Jet Set Radio <cough> Space Channel 5 <cough>

Bad cold I'm developing. :D

Given their current position, it wouldn't surprise me if they accepted a bid from Microsoft...

They seem to have some success with their handheld Sonic games, their Wii exclusives seem to get favourable reviews but the recent movie tie ins stank, the PS2/Wii Incredible Hulk looked like a N64/PSone game!

actually sammy has no intentions of selling sega, after all they have been turning a profit for abit now. wish nintendo would of bought them, the catalog of games with nintendos would be insane.

ye they still do games but they also make casino and entertainment games with sammy
