BBC Ceefax says South Wales Police says the helocopter did NOT give chase, they did not even have time to turn around and catch object on camera. The crew were experienced.

I say they are filming next year's Doctor Who specials.

Obviously the second story is the "official police story". The chief must not have liked his men chasing off after a UFO in a government vehicle.
