I have been very ill this week, and after recovering sufficiently to take interest in watching television, what absolute drival!

The only thing of some interest is Midsomer Murders.

The rest is absolute tosh! house auctions, bloody Ascot, antiques and gameshows.

I did watch a couple DVDs, Night of the Demon, Aliens vs Predator: Requiem and Casino Royale.

Still, could be worse, next week it's Wimbledon!

i've stayed at home with my son for most of his 2 and a half years and i can honestly say that if it weren't for the scifi channel, history channel, discovery channel, espn classic and fox sports net, the tv wouldn't be worth turning on during the day.

the scifi channel plays some cool old shows during the day.
the history channel has its usual decently done docs, ditto for discovery channel.
espn classic plays old, historic or otherwise interesting sporting events.
fox sports net has the premiere league, so i get my football fix.

Daytime tv pretty much sucks. Video games and working out cures that for me. I quit working and went back to school almost a year ago. Right now I have only night classes for summer school. Can't study the whole time.
