edmund kemper is a profoundly sick individual who should die behind bars. interestingly enough though, presently he is locked up at vacaville which is a medium security prison.

on a bit of a weird note: at the very same time kemper was active there was another serial killer in santa cruz, herbert mullin, who killed 13 people. how crazy must that have been? two serial killers in the same town at the same town.
