if you look at the guys leg close, it looks like the completely dislocated then possibly relocated it back into his hip. knowing that it kills me the that the cop cuffs the guy then kneels on him, because as Greenly would say "He's going no-****in-where".

I think the cop acted to harsh in doing what he did, but the guy is a criminal, plain and simple. Although all that for purse snatching... come on? :D

it looks like the guy ran in front of the truck, the deputy hit the brakes, and then the slide began.

if i'm seeing this right it's pretty the much the criminals fault.
