I just filled up about an hour ago and the cost was $2.76 but I only paid $2.71 thanks to my Speedy Rewards card... normally I don't go to Speedway, but with $0.05 off a gallon I will, not to mention they were $0.05 cheaper than the other gas stations in the area, so I saved $0.10 a gallon just by going with them. Not a bad deal if you ask me.

Go into DC which is about 20 minutes from my house and the cost is $0.50 a gallon more.

Unleaded Plus: Leg
Unleaded Premium: Soul
Diesel: First Born Child

A lot of places around where I live prices are like this:

Unleaded = 99p per litre ($1.88)
Diesel = £1 per litre ($1.90)

1 gallon = 3.79 litres, which means...

1 gallon of Unleaded = £3.75 ($7.11)
1 gallon of Diesel = £3.79 ($7.18)

Our fuel prices are a couple of pence within this vicinity on a daily basis, the only respite we are starting to get is with a new fuel price war between supermarkets, where prices are dropping to around 95p per litre ($1.80), which is £3.60 per gallon ($6.80).

Yep, this is Britain...:rockbrow:

IT's sad... for the first time in 4 days I was able to drive my car (Sun) and I needed gas. In Gaithersburg hwere I live it is about $3.27 a gallon. not 7 miles up the road in Clarksburg it is $2.99 a gallon. WTF Gas is nearly $.30 cheaper 7 miles up the road thats ludacris. It tells me there is massive gouging going on here in my town. I Know they are gouging anyway, but $.30 within 7 miles... WTF?

I've seen that with station's that are within a few blocks of each other here in the boroughs in NY :confused:. Maybe not a $.30 difference but at least a $.10 to $.20 difference. It's nuts :mad:.

$3.80 here in new york city. However, if we had a cost of living poll i'm sure i would weigh in with the most expensive rates in the country 90% of the time. It's really expensive living here.

Still the same, except super has come down in some spots to $2.89-$2.99 depending on the dealer.

BP and EXXON are still the most expensive.
