Ok, just checked this out, it is a by the book crooked cop movie about a cop who does all the dirty work no one wants to do, but has a moment of clarity when his ex-partner is brutally gunned down.
As he investigates he finds himself in a web of betrayal, lies and more. Now what makes this movie a little better is that Keanu Reeves actually found a movie that fits his wooden, almost nonexistent acting style.
The cast includes Forrest Whitaker, Jay Mohr, and a few well know character actors. While the 109 minute running time can feel a bit challenging, in the end after the dust settles you don't feel quite so cheated. Keanu is actually one brutal cop who beats, shoots and ****s up anyone who gets in his way, so it is nice to see him play something different for a change.
Is it worth purchasing? Maybe
Worth Renting? Definitely
Worth Downloading? Sure.
