xbox live question

okay so ive been gone for a bit now and my membership has expired. when i try to connect to xbox live to buy half a year it wont let me! it just goes back to the dash board. ideas?

Xbox Live is down for maintenance at the moment.
You're better off buying your subs off an ebay seller with good feedback. Cheaper and they email the code immediately
