this may be because i have AOL but every so often this ssite causes aol to crash when i post a message and its happening sometims twice a minute is this happening to anyone else or is it my fault?

I'd be very suprised if it was directly a forum or AOL fault:-
a) VBulletin is quite a common/popular system.
b) A lot of people here use AOL.
