This is actually nothing of great importance. Video of me firing my Ruger Mini-14 a couple of months ago with the soundtrack of Night of the Living Dead which I downloaded from Evil Unleashed. Edited on VideoSpin.

What a disappointment...I was hoping to see ya rip a 30 round clip off ;)

Although I did not see the group on the target so that leads me to believe you may have missed it all together. JK

Sorry 'bout that, Skip. Ammo is just so expensive these days ...

As for missing the target ... didn't you hear what Conan W. McClelland said?

My mini has a similar orange tint to the stock coloration. It goes bang everytime and is a fun little shooter. I recently picked up a S & W AR clone (model 5 or something or other) with a couple cases of .556 ammo just in case.

Friends still trying to get me to do amatuer IDPA shoots with pistols but, eh...

Im more interested these days in long range old school shooting and want a 45-70 single shot with octagonal barrel, spirit front sight, vermeer rear, book matched maple stock and aged brass finish. Might cost me 50 bucks or so. :) Im also working with some guys on a custom made damascus, aged, bowie style knife. Ive got a few custom damascus blades and they are awesome.

Hmmm the Quigly model is 2 grand. Nice rifle. http://personalsecurityzone.com/cgi-win/order/prodlist.exe/PSZ/?Template=ProdDetail.htm&ProductID=20649

I love the Henry yellow boy carbine, this might be the next one I buy.

Mike,

If your on a budget check out the H&R Buffalo Classic in 45/70. Has iron sights and a 32" barrel.

While it's not a handbuilt Sharps it's a decent rifle for around $400. On occasion you can find used ones cheaper if you look around.

Im spending way too much on knives but I like custom stuff. Guess thats why I prefer a brace of Navy .36 cartridge conversions over a couple of HK.45 somethingorothers.

Nice, Stray! I know it's an older post, but the only reason I didn't miss it was because of the necro-post.

Personally, I liked the other vid with the Mosin-Nagant and pistol even better! Be-yootiful!
