I Think that was a feature of loom that was never brought over to vBulletin, we did the entire halloween theme for the forums instead now.

A - Whole one.
B - Half one (half is greyed out)
C - One completely greyed out

So in Loom a rating of 3.5 / 5 would be AAABC
