Eek! Bad news twice fold for me, cant stick RB anyway and thought POTC should have been laid to rest after a the first very entertaining movie

I too think they should stop with this franchise. BUT....it makes money so they won't ever stop.

I doubt i'll even see this flick, but I thought Brand was pretty funny in Forgetting Sarah Marshall. That's really all i've seen him in. First i've heard of him, too.

Hopefully pure rumour, just because he looks and sounds like a poor man's Jack Sparrow in real life (not in a movie), doesn't mean he'd be good at it.

Plus, Brand is a total nob.

He was bearable in FSM at best ... as for POTC - leave it be already.

Never heard of the guy, never saw him in anything, don't like the looks of him, & don't want to see him as Jack Sparrow's ANYTHING.

As for POTC...loved the first 2, was a bit let down by the 3rd. a bit uneven & TOO over the top silly in spots, & didn't 100% love the ending, but there were some neat ideas in it.

A 4th...I might be willing to give it a shot. Depends on who's in it & how it looks.
