Not a thing, unless saliva entered an open wound. Then you would be infected.

I think even without teeth, zombies could still infect people.

But it wouldn't hurt as much, probably.

Interesting question. I think that if a group of toothless zombie were to corner you, although they couldnt bite, the shear weight of their numbers would allow them to claw at you, pull our inards, etc., and you would be dead for good or dead and turned.
If a single zombie were to surprise attack you, and was toothless, I think you could escape without being effected. Most of the time anyway. Every once in a while, just like everything else, I am sure some weird set of circumstances would occur and you wuold be infected, example saliva in an open wound, fall and knock yourself out allowing the zed to claw you, etc.

i'm with slickwilly on this one - as long as saliva didn't enter an open wound, you'd probably be ok. as for dentures, they'd break the skin and you'd be screwed. i know some folks hate the "virus" theory but if a bite will infect a wound, kill a person then reanimate them...

Combine Slickwilly's answer with Philly_SWAT's caveat about zombies, especially groups of them, still being dangerous and I agree completely.

In all of GARs movies we see scenes in which the Z's tear people apart. The bikers in Dawn, one of them gets ripped in half, then there was Rhodes in Day, he gets his stomach ripped open as well. I think the biting is one point of the danger the ripping and tearing is definitely another.

don't forget ... under your teeth and gums is bone ... bone that I am sure would be poking through after that Z tries knowing on things.... it doesn't care that it has no teeth...
Bone can scratch and cut too ... and as for just getting scratched? Higyne is not top on the undead list... you know they do put their fingers in their mouth ... so I really would not want to get scratched...

This reminds me of the SNL "Jar Glove" commercial:
"A zombie apocalypse is such a hassle! The rising, the massing! The running, the barricading! The moaning, the surrounding! The shooting in the head, the breaking through! The biting, the ripping, the tearing! There's GOT to be a better way!"

Even with no teeth, I wouldn't risk anything. The zombie still needs to be put down.
