Wow thats a great extras package for a great movie. I'm down! $40.00 for a criterion is as cheap as it gets too!

There are 3 versions of this on DVD?

I only have the first release. Plus my original VHS. I like this movie, not only was it funny as hell, but it was a solid coming of age film as well. I hate coming of age films, but this one was an exception.

I almost bought the last special edition that came out but then I saw this was being released, and now I'm glad I waited. So, how long do you think until we get a decent dvd of Big Trouble in Little China?

Dazed and Confused or The Stoned Age?

You know, The Stoned Age.. The movie with that chick that looks like other chick off the Virgin Killers album and a cameo by some dude!

Both are awesome 70s retro flicks in my opinion!

I love that movie, have it on DVD, vanilla disc sadly. But it's a great damn movie, so enjoyable, won't speak to everyone but it speaks to me. I like to situate Clerks and Dazed & Confused near each other, I get the same sorts of vibes from each flick ... with a smidge of Mallrats thrown in too...

My brain hurts so I might not make sense at the moment, I'm tuckered out and need to go to bed, ha...

Hmm. I thought that the 2 disc special edition of Big Trouble in Little China with DTS sound was special enough.

Yeah I've got both soundtracks too. A good compilation of songs, most of them you'd never buy the albums of (Foghat LOL).

Thats the one I have. I also have the first release of Half Baked, then Universal went and re-released it because of Dave Chappelles success. Screw that I like having original prints.

It's a good special edition by looking at the features, but they discontinued it a long time ago and now I'm unwilling to buy it for over $25 on ebay.
