Unfortunately, it's fake ... in that it's by an advertising company and put on YouTube to appear to be done by one person.

I was on the edge a bit myself, clearly it's possible, but I was wondering in the back of my mind "is this a set up?" ... evidently, it was indeed set-up by an ad-agency, not by a few fans somewhere out there in the world who got off their own backs to make it.
