I just wanted to say thanks and give a moment of recognition to whomever did the Christmas theme look to the forum. I thought the halloween pumpkin look was rather cool looking, but the snowfall and Santa icons look really cool!
Good work and thanks for the effort. :)

Yeah, it's very cheery. I may turn the theme off for a week and then back on the week before the holidays, but it's staying on for now. Thanks to The Powers That Be for the all the little forum extras.

Yepp. I hated the Halloween theme because of that annoying laugh, but this one I like!

Very nice this Xmas theme although it can be brutal on CPU usage. Anyone else notice that on their end?

I haven't noticed any lagging, but even if I did, I would still totally dig this theme. Thanks, HPOTD wizards, for bring the christmas theme to us!

He is serious and correct. Good, if somewhat sensitive, point, Blind2d.
But I think we can all appreciate Christmas and the associated Winter Solstice holidays for what they have come to mean to us all on our respective personal levels :shifty:

I like it, but yeah, it makes the forums lag horribly for me.

I had a couple of slow downs, but only when I had like 5 HPOTD windows open at the same time in different threads all loading together. :)

A little bit of slow down for me, when I'm typing a response. But other than that, nothing.

Of course we swiped the pagans holiday times. We already know that Jesus wasn't born in December...it's generally accepted that his birth was in late spring/early summer.
What fun would Christmas be in May or June?? LOL

Sometimes it's a bit slow for me. I like the snow, but the clashing colors I'm not so thrilled about...
