here is a synopsis from imdb that has to be one of the most overwritten, cheesy things i've read in a long, long time:


A small, sleepy town has its share of secrets. In Hooper, Wyoming, the children have their own dark secret. When a psychologically bruised street vendor rolls into town using sweets as a facade for his vicious intentions, it means death is near for the guilty. He has come for a reason. He won't leave till he has cleansed Hooper of its depravity; till he has exterminated the ones who deserve it. the cyclical trap of the churn?? the sharp, blood drenched, blades of the grizzly truth??? i hope whoever wrote this synopsis didn't write the movie.

I don't know much about the project, but when he was out promoting Diary, I do seem to remember Romero mentioning the fact that he had a small role in some upcoming film...

It looks like based on that IMDB entry he will be playing the part of "Earl". So there is some hope that it could still be zombie related because as you know... Earl had to die.
