I've never understood the Japanese fascination for text, text, text and even more text. Especially on television. I can only assume 50% of Japans population are deaf.

The japanese don't mind showing violence to the masses (including children). Have you ever seen the unedited version of Voltron? Not what we saw in the U.S., but the original version from Japan? Blood, guts, eyeballs coming out of peoples heads...all kinds of gory stuff!

You gotta admire that...
