Mercyful Fate in a Guitar Hero game? Pretty sweet!

I wish the Metallica setlist had more off Ride and Kill Em All... :annoyed:

If they really wanted to be badass, they'd put the entire albums of Kill Em All, And Justice for All and the Black Album and be done with it :)

i'll second that. "evil" is a totally ripping tune that has, in my opinion, some of hank shermann and michael denner's best guitar solos in it. it'd be cool as all hell (joke intended) if "melissa" and "don't break the oath" were availble in their entirety for guitar hero. i think that shermann and denner were/are one of the premiere guitar duos ever - in any form of music.

the cover that metallica did of "evil" t'aint too bad either.

yep, "trapped under ice", "escape", and "the call of ktulu", ought to be on there along with "phantom lord", "motorbreath", and "four horsemen."

ah hell, just do every song off of both records and be done with it.

Will this be for guitar hero itself, or for Rock Band? If for Rock Band, I bet drums on expert would be crazy difficult.

Just for Guitar Hero (which have drums and a mic now, too). They actually added an "Expert+" mode for the drums, and if you pre-order at Gamestop you get an extra kick pedal so you can play double bass.

That's pretty awesome.

I know nothing about the Metallica package, but I just wanted to say that after getting Guitar Hero(I think it's 3:confused:) as a gift last christmas, I just the other day moved up to four buttons of difficulty.

Yeah BOOYYYY. You guys aint got nuffin on me!

I still don't think it's all that great, either. It's okay with friends, but I can't really see myself enjoying it for much longer.

I play GH3 myself, World tour was just a bit to easy, and my GH2 got scratched.

That one looks like its gonna rock.

Left flip for life! haha

Picked this up today, and it's quickly become my favorite Guitar Hero/Rhythm game ever. A huge step up from World Tour, that's for sure.
