Honestly, no one should want this. Have a look at Halloween (2008) for an example of how this can be mishandled.

I've read a lot of user comments on this film so far and they are mostly nitpicky in nature. I can see you are like most F13th fans and your requisite wilderness bloodletting was met. And the whole power issue, haven't you seen Beat Street? :lol:

I had misgivings about the movie when I saw the trailer for it for the first time way back when, but I decided to give it a chance last night. Big mistake. Lousy acting, weak plot, and the guy who played Jason is no Kane Hodder. I thought the My Bloody Valentine remake blew goats and ladders, but that movie assured new luster in comparison to this. I didn't expect it to be on par with the original, but the filmmakers should've at least tried.
