Indeed it's from a painting featuring all Mosier's characters from the Askewniverse in a Mooby's restaurant, and that is "Snow Ball" the character he played in Clerks.

Also - blimey, has anyone seen Blindness yet? Be forewarned, it's tough going.

And the shot where someone walks through a massive chunk of shit in a corridor is rucking fank.
