For any fan of the original series can I recommend these two audio books (The Eugenics Wars I & II). Clever story entwining Star Trek history with real history...

Less you know the better :)

I'm a huge Star Trek fan, but I haven't gotten into the whole audio book thing. I like reading books, really. When I'm on the bus and such I listen to music. I might give it a try, tho.

I read that book; it's very good.

I don't "listen" to books, ever. I just can't; I end up zoning out and not really hearing anything. I've got to actually read to stay interested.

It's a shame that "canon" Trek pretty much erases the Eugenics War (while also trying to say they did happen, but fucking up the aftermath). If they'd have just kept time travel out of the later series and movies, we wouldn't have that problem.

I love audio books. I load them up for use in my car and listen to them to/from work... I actually get a buzz getting into my car knowing I'm about to hear a little more of some story or adventure...

Depends which Trek, TOS, TNG and DS9 only, I completely hate Braga Trek and nobody bring up the fact he had a hand in TNG I am painfully aware of it.
