anybody here ever read "Ring Of Darkness" (several books)
by Nick Perumov
http://www.fantasy.ru/perumov/books/oblojki/darkring/ek_(ex).jpg

It takes place 300 years after the "One Ring to Rule them all and in the darkness bind them" was destroyed at Mount Doom. (Lord of the Rings).
From what I know, it's the decendents of a few Hobbit characters (and the decendents of other characters) on an "Adventure (or two or three)"
Basically, the volcano erupts and 'remnents' of "the One" are thrown out and eventually piece itself back together. That's ALL I know.
Nick Perumov and his work (http://www.perumov.com/eng/books.shtml)

I'm looking for a DECENT translation from Russian to English........any help?
I have a friend that moved here from Russia, but, he refuses to sit and read them to me, translated. (translate as he reads.) I for one would be a proud mudda phuqah to do this, but.......

peace
