At the beginning, it seemed as if the girl was trying to say that she took two tests, and scored a 50 on both, so therefore, she gets a 100. The next part seemed like she was being innovative by creating a dual purpose for the other girl's toothbrush. It can clean teeth and VCR's! The third skit was them talking about how much make-up they had to wear for this odd skit. The ha-ha segues the girls from thought to thought via the magic of LSD. Need my paypal address now? :)
