as soon as i saw this bottle of beer, you were the first person i thought of. bassman has ghostbusters. you have nosferatu and mr. barlow.


i only bought one bottle because it is a red stock ale and i'm not too fond of them. i found it hoppy beyond all belief. in fact, it was so hoppy that any other flavors they were going for were totally drowned out.

great lakes usually makes pretty good beer.

I actually liked the Nosferatu. Although, were I to pick a favorite Great Lakes, it would be either Eliot Ness or Burning River. :)

i usually like great lakes but like i said, that beer was hoppy to hell and back. i'm just not a fan of overly hoppy beers.

It's certainly potent. I'm okay with a hoppy beer. But then, I'm okay with any beer that doesn't start with Coors and end in Light....:lol:

i hear ya on that. i'm almost half mick, so i'll pretty much drink anything with alcohol in it, except for fruit flavored cordials....
