this asshole, who was selling crack with a 2 year-old in tow. if that wasn't bad enough, the guy abandoned the child (on Race st. of all fucking places) during his attempt to get away from the cops.
so we have a guy who:
a. is selling crack.
b. is selling crack with his 2 year old son present.
c. abandons the boy on a street in the heart of the ghetto during his attempt to run.
