It seems Charlie and his new bride got into an early XMAS morning spat. At 8:34am CST in Aspen, Police were called and Brooke, his wife, made up a story about what transpired, later admitting the story was phony.
When breath tested on the scene, because the police could smell alcohol Brooke Registered a .13 and Charlie... .04.
Charlie claims she started hitting him and he defended himself, she is now refusing to cooperate with police. He was released on $8500 bail and is due in court on 08 February 2010
