I would be surprised if he wasn't... He was Tron in the first movie. Although the way movies are made lately it would not surprise me if they wrote him out. Thanks for the info.

Bruce was confirmed shortly after the film was announced. Cinema Blend are a bit flaky because they posted this way back in December 2008 as well.

It's in 3D... Supposedly, it only enters into 3D when you go into the world of Tron...
