Really looks like you're stepping up your game! Like any trade, I imagine filmmaking is a journey, so best luck on your endeavors and glad to see you staying on the path of what interests you.

I don't know. It didn't look bad. I've certainly watched worse. But the trailer makes no sense, gives you no idea what the movie is about and doesn't compel you to see it.

The dialog was iffy as well, but I'd probably still rent it. Oh and for the most part, it looked great. Just made no sense.

I would have to agree with DrSin on this part of his post. At least from your trailer, I have seen alot worse too. Kudos on keeping the 'dead' genre alive....so to speak.

I think the trailer looks good, I like the music, but here is the problem Reese.... You have a great song meant for a trailer filled with Action and there is absolutely no action in the trailer.

The cinematography looks tight, it would just be nice to see something about the story. However, you know I will check it out. :D

Well it's one of those you win some, you lose some situations.
The movie is not action heavy at all, it's more akin to a horror drama. So there are two ways to go about this, you either market it as a horror drama with those undertones... or you beef it up a bit with an action score in the trailer. Obviously we took the action route, which appeals to a wider audience and also which like anything divides the viewer demographic in half. However, it seems to be quite successful when we play it at open venues - it's like any trailer, you can't expect everyone to love it.

Thanks for watching though! :)

Dude, you know I dig your work so I watch everything you produce if I can get my hands on it or you unleash it to the masses via You Tube or whatever.

If this gets a DVD release I will add it tomy collection like your NOTLD remake.

Reese
To me, I understood what the trailer was about.
but that is because i watched the other trailers
and talked with you briefly about the storyline.

So, to me I saw the trailer as the storyline from
this persons point of view.

I dont really know all the details of the story
just the plot points you told me but this trailer might
confuse those who do not know what the story is.

and the dialog...well thats Reese dialog.
you like it or you dont.

oh and one more thing you forgot....

War is Over! (If You Want It)
*points if you know where that comes from*

Again, thanks for the support - "War is Over" comes from a John Lennon song!

This trailer is still acting as like a second teaser trailer, the third and final trailer will find the happy balance between showing what the movie is actually like and making it exciting at the same time.

Regardless of some of the naysayers, i'm still excited for you all to see it.

I thought the trailer was a great tease. The audio from the young women was a bit on the light side...needs to be a bit louder for my ears. It also gave me a flashback to diary, that is not good in my case. I will wait to see what the true trailer looks like and wish you luck!

Reese this is the first I have seen of your trailers and I think it is worth a watch.
I love your work and I am looking forward to seeing how much you have grown in your filmmaking.
You can't tell a movie just by it's trailer but, I defo would love to see more of it.
