Naw, it'd just destroy the legal system underlying real estate lending, and therefore real estate lending would no longer happen. If you wanna buy a house, hope you can pay the purchase price in full, in cash. :)

they had him on 700 wlw last week and he said that right at this moment he is living in the back of his shop with his family.

I sort of admire his actions but I also think things could have been resolved another way.
