Sounds like one of those guys that doesn't like to pay his bills. You have to wonder when he owes money all over town - to his brother, the bank, and the IRS.

Naw, it'd just destroy the legal system underlying real estate lending, and therefore real estate lending would no longer happen. If you wanna buy a house, hope you can pay the purchase price in full, in cash. :)

they had him on 700 wlw last week and he said that right at this moment he is living in the back of his shop with his family.

I sort of admire his actions but I also think things could have been resolved another way.
