I always knew that romero was a rock star within the industry. I'm always amazed though at how many people don't know about him. They haven't even seen his movies for pete's sake!! Believe it or not that's one of my criteria for meeting a chick. She doesn't have to like them, but if she thinks these movies are just ridiculous than she's not the one for me. I guess that means i'll die alone and crusty. :( I'm sure that every director that has directed a horror film from the 70's up has gar as one of his idols. He definitely doesn't get the respect he deserves.
