Perhaps the biggest difference between the male and female brain is that men have a sexual pursuit area that is 2.5 times larger than the one in the female brain.

I'm no doctor and I could have told you that!:p

Interesting article. And the doctor is hot.....

Best quote of he article:

Let men be men.

If women would just do that we would get along alot better.

One of the problems is most women look at us like fixer uppers. If one of them chooses to be with us (cause let's face it, they choose us) believe they have a whole bunch of plans about what they want us to be and how they are going to go about "taming" us.

They don't like it done to them so please don't do it to us. If you can't love a person for who they are then you are with the wrong person.

Other redheads maybe? I know they are rare, but you almost never see two together as a couple.

Hell yes she is. She was the one that started my obsession that continues to this day. She's gettin' up there (I think she's 49 now), but y'know what? I don't care. I can still picture her back in the 80's collecting cursed antiques and it makes me..... well....

I gotta run, I'll be back in 2 minutes.

 Love me some Family Guy. Lois is so much like my wife it's scary...

And to answer your question - HELL YES! ...and if those carpet fibers get caught in my teeth?! SO BE IT! :D

Reminds me of the episode of family guy when Quagmire comes over and is pulling up the carpet for Lois in her living room.

Quagmire: Hey, uh, Lois, do you want me to leave a little strip in this thing? Maybe a lightning bolt, a unicorn, or something like that?

Lois: No, I want it all gone Glenn.

Quagmire: Awww right, we're going Brazilian! Giggity!

I reckon all that condescending, generalised, pop-psychology stuff about man-trance and whatnot is just the modern day male equivalent of the 1950s "all every woman wants is to get a ring on her finger and become the perfect housewives" thinking. It's way too generalised and borderline sexist. If that was an article reducing women in the same patronising terms, feminists would be up in arms.

I agree, it's foul. I partially blame women's natural (dare I say it?) interest in social psychology, the existence of which supports, for example, this extremely feminine "psychology magazine":

http://www.superficialdiva.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/angelina-jolie-psychologies-june-2009-magazine-cover.jpg
If you're interested in social psychology, subscribe to a fucking social psychology journal!!!!!111

This vile pop-psychology's aim is to make money, and the group most interested in reading about family, friend and sexual relationship dynamics tends to be women, so they try to make their bullshit appeal to women by saying, "You're the best! You're awesome! You're sensitive! You can multitask!" etc, which unfortunately leads to implying, and eventually outright stating, that men are the worst, they suck, they're insensitive idiots that are incapable of walking and chewing gum at the same time etc

*seethe*

If you are interested in some similarly easy-to-read info on gender diffs, try checking out Allan and Barbara Pease's books, e.g:

http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41Iz1vSnBgL._BO2,204,203,200_PIsitb-sticker-arrow-click,TopRight,35,-76_AA300_SH20_OU02_.jpg

I personally can't stand the couple themselves- the books are excruciatingly smug, their obvious anti-feminist (or, as they dismissively refer to the women's rights movement, "political correctness") stance queasily sugarcoated with clumsy presentations of men as being, frankly, stupider and less mature than women- but their strength is their ability to present scientific data on gender differences that affect our everyday social interactions in a very accessible way.
