I've heard of it happening after nerve or brain damage. I actually feel bad for the girl if it's that intense of a compulsion.

Yeah persistent sexual arousal syndrome can be pretty horrible for people. Some people have to schedule their whole days, every couple hours or so, to relieve urges (time between depends on severity). Eventually the whole thing becomes more of a horrible chore than anything to look forward to.

All that being said...it is a fun condition to joke about.
