Yep. It was always advertised as being a "premium" VOD release, followed by limited theatrical. I wonder how it will fare now that most of the people who really wanted to see it will already have done so, eh?

I must admit, I am a little jealous. No theatrical release over here. :(

I saw Land in a theater nearby, and Diary got a much more limited run. Had to drive an hour into Boston to see Diary in a theater.

Despite having already seen Survival, I will go see it in a theater to support George, and because, despite some of its worst flaws, it has a lot of cool stuff in it.

Same here. The only other time I remember feeling that 'way' was watching Return of the Jedi as a kid.

it was borderline scary, no one was really in there. and i was the only real romero fan there because im the only one who "got" the jokes. namely the blades appearance which i got up and clapped for

Geez! How much does it cost to make a print of a film?

Yeah, I will get email updates when any theaters near me have official show times, but we'll see what happens :(

AFAIK, this list of theaters (http://www.magpictures.com/dates.aspx?id=1c0598da-4edb-4d15-949f-76b19b5e6904) is complete bullshit. Way to drop the ball.
