I'm no cook....but what dough is green?:confused:

Since it's mochi (a sort of Japanese doe rendered from rice) I would assume it might be colored for use with a green tea flavor pairing (maybe around green tea ice cream--yum!).

I believe mochi without food coloring generally appears white/doey.

Also, mochi ice cream (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mochi_ice_cream) rocks!
