i don't quite know what to make of someone who has penis flowers tattooed onto the front of their head.

There was a video t'other day, not sure if I stumbled upon it here or not, but it was about two inmates (I think) who tattooed their EYEBALLS ... the whites of their freakin' eyes!!! :eek:
