Whatever Happened to the Promised L4D1 DLC?

Anyone know what the fate is of the aforementioned DLC for the original Left for Dead that was supposed to follow up on the heels of the Passing outlining the heroic(?) end of Bill?

I've been feverishly googling and nothing dude.

You know I spend alot of time on L4D 2 and I've been asking people on there as well and no one seems to have any insight on it either.

I was under the impression that it was supposed to follow up the passing and that came out damn near 4 months ago so I'm just as clueless as you are.

But it's good to see I'm not alone in anticipating his. If I hear anything I'll let you know.

I'm thinking it's not much of a priority and they're either working on L4D 3 (because you just know that's coming) or more DLC for the second game.

i think steam for mac happened.

Since then, and there announcement of steamworks for ps3 theyve gotten a LOT more business than expect and i imagine there havent to do some rough on the spot reworking of staff to deal with a lot of new business and getting games ready for both.

I imagine we will see it, but not for a while, theres been too much live arcade competition of late. I imagine halloween at the latest and most likely date for it.
