Nearly every movie, good or bad, involving zombies has them and i'm wondering if there is a repository for them somewhere on the web that i haven't come across. Maybe some sort of 'radio theater' type thing would work as well. I'm looking for the background chatter one might hear from civilian band to radio stations, EMS to Military comms and it doesn't have to be zombie specific just generally creepy. Any ideas?

That's a good point, you'd there has to be something like this for filmmakers and other interested parties. You can find them online somehow, it's just a question of how many hoops and search engine acrobatics and questionably secure sites & files you'll have to plow through.

I would think that each movie would just take a little time to have a couple of voice actors record this themselves.

Yeah, It can't be that hard. Romero had Pegg, Del Toro, King, etc do it over the phone for Diary. If they can do it over the phone from across the world, it shouldn't be too hard to do it yourselves.

I'm sure they could be reproduced, or new ones made. I'm not necessarily looking for them for a project. And i had considered just using police and fire scanners. Figured i would try my luck and see if anyone had a link i hadn't found.
