Anyone here familiar with the ins and outs of this? Currently I have metropcs service, with an LG imprint. I have found many websites that supposedly tell you how to do this, but thus far, I had not been able to. Some say things like "go into the phones menu and do such and such" where there is no such menu option on the phone. If third party software is needed to accomplish this, they dont say.
I downloaded the needed drivers from lg.com, and my laptop recognizes my cell as a modem. That is all. I set up a DUN, but may have done it wrong based on the info (scant as it is) that I have found online. Even if you know of a good software and/or DETAILED website for this type of thing I would appreciate it.
