Yu Suzuki just said in regards to whether or not he'll make Shenmue III: "I think Sega will let me make it, but there are budget problems."

Speaking at a talk during the Game Developer Conference today, designer Yu Suzuki said that he thinks Sega is going to let him make Shenmue III. The audience broke into shouts and applause, and then Suzuki abruptly changed topics.
There has been false alarms in the past, but it's seeming more and more likely we'll get a finale to one of biggest cliffhangers in gaming history. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed!
